Annual Fullview St. Ice Cream Social

Every year the good neighbors on Fullview St. & Park Drive get together some time in the summer to enjoy an ice-cream potluck. We get to see the kids play all together and learn who loves playing guitar, who's an avid Broncos (or Bears) fan, what we're up to, share ideas on bears or house painting, you name it. It's so fun and spur-of-the-moment, yet well attended. We wave to each other all year and chat outside in the warm weather, but this one night a year is our time to relax & share. And every year it rains, no matter what. This photo from 2008 shows the neighbors in front of our "Fullview" of Pikes Peak, all basked in the wonderful after-storm sunlight that is so unique to Woodland Park.
